        Apartment is spacious, very neat and clean, with fully equipped kitchen for you to whip up a 2 course meal. Not forgetting there is washer cum dryer for your laundry and dishwasher if you are too lazy to clean the dishes. The wide selection of teas is a welcoming touch. The air cooling is not working and the heating a tad too hot but this can be solved by lifting up the windows to let in the cold air. The reception is extremely helpful and professional in addressing our concerns..

        Everything about this apartment is perfect except for one point that I think is negligible but good to resolve to become absolutely 100%. My room’s heater is out of order the entire time but because the room is very stuffy and hot (room situated near the boiler room) I didn’t need the heater to begin with. So, tried to operate the AC, unfortunately AC is also out of order…… ended up having to self ventilate the room by opening up all the windows. I don’t mind opening the windows but it would be awkward if my snoring is gonna wake up Edinburgh……..

        Our experience at this property was excellent - the staff was super available and kind from the welcome and keys handover, to the storing of our luggage after our stay when our trains were delayed. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded two a bigger apartment fro our 4 nights stay, and the rooms as well as the bathrooms were clean and stylish. Our kitchen was very well stocked with basics like tea, milk, coffee (and hot chocolate!) and a coffee maker. They had also stocked up on washing tablets for the dishwasher, liquid detergent and other basic cleaning supplies - what a nice touch! Since the location is super central and close to bars etc., and so we were a bit apprehensive about noise levels, but our rooms were super quiet and we had a sound sleep each night. The central heating was very effective too - kept us cosy. Would recommend staying here!

        Great accommodation for the price! Very clean and spacious, and really well equipped with microwaves, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a washer/dryer (besides the usual amenities). It seems like a very eco-friendly establishment too, which was a plus. The location was also really convenient, as it's a brisk walk into the old city, and also to Carlton hill. There's a Sainsbury (convenience store) a short walk away as well. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Would definitely return if we are ever back in Edinburgh!

        Great location, very clean, and quiet. The apartment is spacious and well fitted out. The welcome basket with an array of snacks, tea, and coffee was a nice surprise. As a side note, the building is larger than the listings make it seem; at this point I can't remember but there are 20+ apartments in the building. A point docked because while reception was very friendly and helpful, it does seem to be only intermittently staffed. One night we also came across a distressed bunch presumably trying to check-in after hours. They were very responsive via email when I was informing them of an early arrival; however the message function in the guest portal does not seem to do anything.
