Actually the ambience from the corridors a lil bit creepy because the lamp is dimmed, but when i got into my room, everything has change, japanese interior with clean facility is the plus point. I got bath tub for the cheap price room, very affordable!! Want to get back soon

suitable for business trip, nearby office area, room is good and worth the price. this hotel can access to lots of restaurant nearby, next to CVS and Xôi Cô Nguyệt (sticky rice). As it’s mainly for Japanese hence it’s quite, good for sleep.

I stayed at Brandi Fuji Hotel for Christmas 2022 & New Year 2023. Its room very spacious, housekeeping did an excellent job keeping my room cleaned & filled with amenities! And, I've gotten a daily 03 pieces laundry on complimentary basis! Which helped a lot especially in the winter. Absolutely pleasant! Also, I am grateful to have its staffs, Quang (Light) helped me moving around as well as the shy Trung (door man) and beautiful lady at reception too (didn't get her name). Only the noise in the early morning, which travelled directly from level 8 to my room on level 7 upset me a lot and I failed to rest more in the first few nights... Oh yeah, the neon lights contributed some disturbances too! But, I seemed get used to it at the end so no issue. Overall good experience!

I've stayed this hotel for 1 week, that's the first time i've ever come to Hanoi for travelling, so i worried so much about choosing hotel for staying. But finally, i chosen Brandi hotel and not disappointed. Hotel was clean, room was comfortable and buffet breakfast was so good. Hotel's staffs consulted me many places to go for visiting and i enjoyed so much. Thanks all of you and hope to see you when i come to Hanoi next time.

It's enough. The staff are kind and almost understand English and Japanese. One thing, there are some rooms without windows. If possible, I'd like to know such information when I decide the room types.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
