        Stayed here for 4 nights. Fantastic location, closed to a lot of nice cafes, restaurants, bars, and Pitt st mall George st mall etc. however the quality of hygiene, walls and corners are mouldy therefore the smell, plus the filters of the air-con are not changed(says on the panel), air is smelly too. There’s multiple thing you will find like rotted fittings, dirty floor, dirty carpet etc. Wish they do something about it so the experience could be more pleasant.

        Despite being a little bit of an older hotel, the service, attention to detail and atmosphere of the rooms made the stay lovely. Firstly, we wanted an extra heater, so the staff delivered an extra heater free of charge to the room. Secondly, when we came into the room there was jazz music playing from the TV which made the room feel so much more cosmopolitan. Thirdly, we needed some plates and cutlery because we wanted to eat in our room. The receptionist brought us some plates, bowls and cutlery in a very timely manner. Overall it was a great stay in a comfortable room.

        Stayed there recently. Cost was $254 for the night It had a comfy bed and the room was reasonably quiet too. Staff were friendly. But that's where the niceness stopped. The room was not value for money at all. There was no iron, stained carpets and the room was so small, there was not enough room to swing a mouse. This would be the smallest motel room in the southern hemisphere.....surely! It measured about 2.5m by 4m. I've stayed at plenty of motel rooms in my life, but this would be the smallest ever! Not recommended.

        Rooms are relatively small, but they are dirty, aged and had a mouldy smell. The carpets have definitely seen better days, only thing that is clean are the linen and toilet. Though the toilet is old too, water takes ages to heat up, Wifi costs 20 dollars a day, which is definitely overpriced in this day an age. If your room is next to the street, it will be very noisy when at night. Wouldn't recommend this place, you could definitely find better places to stay for this price.

        Negatives Smelly rooms and mouldy dirty curtains. Bed comfortable but no quilts cold all night. No iron. Informed staff no actions taken even though room made me sick. Positive Bathrooms new, with good water pressure in showers Overall poor hotel, not worth current rates. Should be more around 120 mark.
