        Not recommended!! 1. I booked full villa and we had additional guest which I informed him (Dilan-the owner) just after the day I booked. He didn’t mention anything about the charges but after visiting the place he said we have to pay additional charges for that one guest. 2. The living room is exposed to garden and insects, geckos and frogs were coming inside the living room 3. Pool and garden is exposed to other houses and villas nearby and didn’t feel safe. 4. Pool edges and tile edges were very sharp and two of our friends cut their legs and fingers. Not safe for children !! 5. Water in the pool were not cleaned and just full of chlorine. 6. Frogs and cockroaches always enter to bathrooms through drainage line in all three rooms of the villa 7. The old guard was appearing suddenly to switch off the lights and close doors and it was disturbing. 8. I asked Dilan if there are tea making stuff and toiletries before visiting and he said those are available. But there were no toiletries at all, only small soap and 2 dirty bath towels were available. 9. Kitchen is too dirty and really bad. Plates and cups were not cleaned and cockroaches were around them. only a little sugar was there and nothing at all. 10. Breakfast is too bad, the spoons and plates were not cleaned before serving. 11. The mosquito nets were dirty and Pillows and towels smell bad.

        In itself a very nice villa with a great pool. But you had ABSOLUTELY no privacy, which is what we were talking about. For $40 for four people we got the worst meal on our Sri Lanka trip. In addition, the rice smelled of mold and was therefore inedible. What's more, there were always workers in our villa.

        The villa is equipped with surveillance cameras from all sides, even in the hall between the rooms. The hall is exposed to the pool and without air conditioning. It is dangerous for those with children. The breakfast is not good. The kitchen is shared with the guard. The heaters do not work. There is no duvet for the bed, only sheets. Ants are abundant. Privacy is non-existent. I do not advise conservative families to live in it. It is useful. More for young people

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
