Proximity to the beach is great, just a minutes walk. And several restaurants nearby. Room cleaning could use some help, housekeeping not great at removing the dust. The room itself is fine with blackout curtains, comfortable bed , cold AC and plenty of hot water. The only downside were the unattended children at the pool. It would be great if management would enforce the pool rules. Other than that, pool was clean and nice to swim in on those hot days with plenty of sun beds, umbrellas and pool towels.

This hotel charges way too much for what they offer to their guests. We paid 1.400.000 VND per night including breakfast and we spent there 9 nights.It was not worth it and I wouldn't recommend it.We stayed at Brenta Hotel during our 5th week travelling in Vietnam and I was surprised with how low the standard of the hotel was for this price.The room was dated, tired and had a strange odour.Old furniture and fittings everywhere.Taking a shower was a challenge because there was only either very hot water or cold,could never get a comfortable medium.At the beginning of our stay there,the pool was clean but this lasted only 2 days and started to get cloudy and dirty.It was clean again on our last day.The nights were mostly disturbed by drinking parties by the pool.On the positive side, the breakfast was good and the staff (reception, housekeeping, restaurant) was very friendly and helpful.I also found the bed comfortable but couldn't enjoy my sleep due to the drunk guests gathering around the pool nearly every night.I don't recommend this hotel for the price they charge.

Nice hotel close to the beach ⛱️ Fine room, good view in the room with seaview. Big and nice swimmingpool, sunbeds, the pool bar, was not open. Good breakfast with good options and fresh made eggs/by choice. Seems a little at stand by when I visited, many things under preparation for the season. The beach was okay, could use Istanbul's sunbeds if buying drinks. Quality of the water for swimming, actually I'm not sure if it's okay or not. The alleys to and from the hotel was not good. Dark, messy and dirty. Not a good signal to the guests who are walking the alleys several times a day. Okay if you have rented a motorbike. The English language skills of the staff could be better. All in all I had a nice stay

Breakfast staff were fantastic. That's the only good thing I can say about this place. Very misleading picture of the gym. They swapped it to the store room which is pretty much unusable, no windows no air con, no mirrors just a store room, Disappointing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
