Wow wow wow is all I can say about this place. We booked a 1 night stay to celebrate our anniversary and wanted something a little different from the usual hotel. My other half is a lover of craft beer so what better place than a Brewdog hotel. The Room. It was unreal, stylish, interesting, comfortable, cosy. It had absolutely everything you could want in a room. An extensive mini bar, beer fridge in the shower, record player, guitar, books, robes, hair dryer, iron, iron board, mini safe the list goes on. Little touches like a motion sensor light when you get out of bed in the night. The Service, we received a WhatsApp a few hours before we arrived just as a pre welcome, they also welcomed any messages, they have a partnership with the NCP just around the corner and unless you pay on the app like we did, you don't pay til you leave so will get for £15 for first 24 hours. An absolute bargain for a city centre NCP. We received a welcome drink upon arrival, our room wasn't ready til 3pm so we enjoyed a game of jenga in the bar until it was. The staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. We booked our room with dinner included which was equivalent to £15 per person. The menu is wings, burgers, loaded fries and a few other sides like mac n cheese, there's a good veggie option too. We had wings, loaded fries and a burger to share, WOW the food was unreal too. We can not fault this place, the best hotel we've stayed in, by far in Manchester and we will definitely be back. Great location, great atmosphere, amazing staff, amazing rooms, fantastic food what more could you want. Get it booked, you won't be disappointed. Edit** We just ordered breakfast to the room and yet again, they didn't disappoint. Food was unreal 👌 pictures below.

Super friendly staff, great beers and food. I love that you can have a taste before deciding on a beer. Bought some cool merch including a hot water bottle and cover, a couple mugs, patch and a water bottle with stickers, and a couple collectible pins. I even played rock,paper, scissors with our server and won a free dessert!

Really good brewdog with a hotel inside with interesting names for the room. We didn't stay here but we would be tempted in future after seeing the building. Staff super friendly and giving advice/ recommendations. Very spacious inside and roof top seating with bar which was great!

Just wanted to do quick review. Me and my Husband came here last weekend and had a great time. Food was great, Place is fab so clean and big. The young lady, Georgia, who served us was very tentative, helpful and helped us decide what to eat and drink, because we could t decide. Great choice tho. Would we come back absolutely 100%. Hopefully Georgia will be serving us again. Thanks

What stood out to me the most Is the staff treatment. Especially John's. John's service was excellent, he provided us with recommendations, tasters and ran through the instructions for wing wednesdays. The wings were tasty and the top ups where provided when we were close to finishing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
