Located a little ways away from the busy parts of Pattaya but in a good area. Rooms are cosy and the beds are huge and super comfortable. Breakfast is great but still has some room for improvement. The fitness facility is superb. We had the sea view rooms and the views were indeed spectacular but a small balcony with the rooms would really elevate the vistas.

It is like a 2 3 star hotel, and one thing that I think is rude and not fair is if you lost the key of a room you just paid for to live by, you will have to pay 300 bhat extra, that is extremely unfair with the customers. Otherwise the hotel is like an average 2 3.5 star hotel. There is a charge for each thing you do even if you pay you will not get good service for that.

I'm currently staying here, and my experience so far has been perfect. The location isn't that great, but the hotel is excellent. Their breakfast is extensive menu wise, and really good. From pastries to entrees, everything is delicious.

This is my second time here, and it is a reaaly bad experience, we arrived at the hotel at 12:15, and was told by the staff that the room will be ready at 14:00, we then came back at 14:10 and again the room is not ready, should be done in 20 minutes, so we wait till 14:45 at 10th floor and no one showed up, I then went to the staff at pool side anf he informed another 30 minutes, it is unbelievable in a 5 star hotel especially when you have a 82 years old mom and 2 year-old son with you. Should at least inform us in advance, not just wait,wait and wait.

Lots of ample parking. Reception area big and advantageous. Friendly helpful staff and a free shuttle bus service to terminal 21 and central pattaya. Good clean hotel and adequate size room. Good swimming pool and walking water edge beside pool. Great value for money

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
