Was okay. Understand it could be old building but it could be cleaner with better regular maintenance. Fridge is warm. Could hear neighbours. With all of these, I feel like the value is not up to the level. Housekeeping, Service and location were great though.

Location is great, right by the MTR, but room is horrible, don’t know how it’s rated 4 stars. DO NOT STAY HERE if you have high hygiene standards.

Staffs is great, location is a few steps walking from the MTR station, room is good, but bathroom has some dirty corners, stuffs.

Rooms are a little on the small side, but it's a worthy trade-off for the relatively cheap price. (Remember land is at a premium here in Hong Kong). The place is clean and quiet, none of that run-down feeling you get from some other budget hotels. The restroom is not cramped. The building has a restaurant on 1F, a business on 2F, and everything above is the hotel with the lobby on 3F. Prime location: just a few doors down from Wan Chai station exit C, within walking distance to the Convention & Exhibition Centre and the waterfront. Be aware they do require a deposit of HK$500 by cash or credit card.
