Beautiful property with excellent staff. We stayed here for our September wedding and the hotel offered the perfect blend of privacy with close proximity to town. The staff were beyond helpful, from ordering transfers, to detailing the local events around town. The only negative was that the pool isn't heated, so we were unable to use it during our stay.

We stayed 3 nights at Brilliance Suites. Lovely luxurious experience - healthy breakfast, wonderful views, kind staff. I felt so relaxed being here! The place is a little bit secluded so you can't just walk outside and expect shops/ restaurants in front of you. But it was easy to get around using an ATV (that the staff arranged for us!). As others have said, pool heating would have made the stay perfect.

We stayed here as a destination on our honeymoon in July 2023. There were bushfires on Rhodos in Greece which caused a hazy horizon. That did not diminish our experience. The hotel staff in particular Debbie were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The rooms were clean, well maintained and reasonably modern with a white render Santorini style. We really enjoyed the breakfast to the rooms daily at your chosen time slot as well as the infinity pool. It was a reasonably expensive accommodation option in Santorini but you get exceptional service and your own private pool. Drinking water is limited but purchasing more either from the accommodation or nearby shops in Imerovigli is quite affordable. Taxis are expensive on the island so a good option is renting a quad bike which is what we did for a day.

Visited August 7, 2022-August 9, 2022 This place was incredible. We stayed in Santorini for a total of four nights. We stayed in two different resorts and area. This one was very secluded but close enough to the town. We rented a car so it was very convenient and super close to drive into the town where you can find more shops and restaurants. We got the honeymoon suite and it was breathtaking! Beautiful views and although we didn’t get the sunset, we got the beautiful sunrise and honestly I’m more of a morning person so seeing the sunrise was always beautiful! Our room was so nice, clean and modern. We always took advantage of our pool which is not a heated pool, however it was perfect to come back to around the afternoon when it would get very hot out. It also woke us up in the morning because it was colder water. The breakfast here was so delicious and they give such a generous portion. The staff here were so kind and helpful! Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to go somewhere less crowded and more private!

Wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon/her birthday. The staff at Brilliance Suites made sure that we had a wonderful stay. I added the couples massage which we thoroughly enjoyed. The view from the honeymoon suite was amazing. Only recommendations is a heater for the patio and making the pools heated. The water was ice cold.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
