very good experience. Mariami is very kind, clean room. Rooftop and balcony view is breath taking and the staff is super amazing. I am really happy and satisfy with brim hotel i made the right decision to stay in brim hotel. Everything was perfect i have good memories with this hotel thank you everyone. you guys are amazing !

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We had no issue and a good hotel to stay in Tbilisi Very friendly staff. Mariam was so helpful. Even she arranged a vehicle for us to go to GUDAURI This hotel is very clean. Good hot water All rooms had good balconies and spacious Groceries and supermarkets just nearby. We went to SPAR near the hotel Bathroom tubs were leaking was the only issue we had

Noisy Atmosphere Hinders Overall Experience I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and while the physical aspects of the property were commendable, I must express my disappointment regarding the noise levels and overall atmosphere during my stay. The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing, and the accommodations provided were comfortable and well-maintained. However, the presence of a particularly noisy group of guests greatly impacted the overall experience. Their disregard for others and lack of consideration for fellow guests resulted in disruptive moments throughout my stay. The constant commotion in the hallways, with guests conversing loudly and seemingly unaware of the disturbance they were causing, made it challenging for me to find peace and relaxation. Unfortunately, this noise extended into the late hours of the night, further exacerbating the issue.

Stayed at Brim Tbilisi for 3 days. The hotel's highlight is its proximity to the Holy Trinity Cathedral. However, the room partitions seem like cardboard, allowing outside noise to disrupt sleep. The tile flooring, coupled with limited carpeting, might be uncomfortable in winter. The breakfast is average, with an unchanging menu. They provide only 2x500 ml water daily, and additional purchase isn't an option. Due to a group booking, I couldn't choose or change my room. Moreover, most rooms are twin-bedded, even for couples, and when beds are joined, there are noticeable gaps. I believe there are better hotels in Georgia at a similar price.

The hotel is a triumph of style over substance. Quirky features don't compensate for understaffing. The lighting in the rooms is abysmal, and in the top floor restaurant, terrible. It was difficult to see what we were eating. Breakfast was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
