This is a very good budget hotel. We had multiple delays traveling today and it was incredibly frustrating. The man working the desk (with glasses and a pony tail) was incredibly kind and helpful. He made a few recommendations for dinner and places to relax after an awful day of traveling. The room was much more comfortable than the other places we have stayed in the area. Just expect to get what you pay for. We like budget hotels and spending our time and money out of the hotel, so this was perfect for us.

Very basic rooms... no frills. Quiet street, but you can hear guests easily in the hallway. I arrived too early to check-in but they have large room to store bags. Unfortunately my room had a bad persistent odor which wasn't alleviated by airing out the room. It was also directly opposite the breakfast room, which would be very noisy in the mornings as the doors don't block any noise. Thankfully, with a bit of prodding, they moved me to a quieter room on a higher floor that was odor free. Not sure why they didn't put there in the first place since I was the first to arrive and my initial room should have been a last resort.

Great location near the Zurich Hauptbahnhof, and very convenient for local transportation. Checkin went quickly and efficiently, and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and very functional- not fancy but a good price and perfect for our purposes as we toured the area.

Staff is friendly. That is about all I can say. Rooms are small, old and dated. They are as clean as they can be. Beds are like sleeping on the box spring. Hard as a rock. Noisy hotel. Woken up at 1:30 by people above us. Was booked by pur travel company. Very disappointed.

It's one of the biggest rooms we've had in europe! The beds were comfortable. We had 2 windows that opened to get fresh air. Located closely to public transportation and the train station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
