Great value for money, room a bit dated and would have liked a shower, but biggest bath I've had. Meals good and bottle of good wine for £10 in the restaurant. Great location, 5 minutes from train station. It gets bad reviews but it was the best value I've ever had. Lounge area is spectacular. Staff friendly especially in the restaurant.

I didn't stay in the hotel. I attended an event here. The part of the hotel we were in was so grand. Exactly as you would expect from a big old hotel. The food we had as part of the event was really nice. Would give it 8/10. The service from staff was great. The location, right in the heart of Liverpool is handy for train stations, buses and cars.

It's very old and needs some TLC but what a beautiful nostalgic experience. The rooms are huge and the bath was really big. The water is so soft I almost drowned in bubbles. I really good place to stay for z night and then spend the day exploring the city.

Paid £142 for a Saturday overnight stay with granddaughter. Location great, staff on reception were helpful and breakfast was good. Bedroom was dated, but I loved it. Bathroom was a let down, the enamel was flaking off the bath and could have cut our feet if we had showered. The sink was huge, so that was used. View from windows not nice, lifts were a little small considering the amount of people staying and the mirror lined wall was smashed and had a piece of cardboard covering it. The smell of urine as you get out on the ground floor, was strong. Loved the ballroom, chandeliers and decor, though didn't spend a lot of time there. Car park was an additional £13 and it had been raining on the stoney and muddy ground, not good underfoot, bit slippy and our footwear.. ..well, we were glad to get in the car. The car park is uphill also which was a good workout. Overall, a bit pricey for what we got, but I have always wanted to stay there, so it's one off the bucket list. Shout out to (I think he was called Scott) the guy on reception 1st October 2023, who was not only cheerful and helpful, but took over the care of a young very drunken man and kept him safe and got him to his room in one piece. 👍

Great place to stay, right in the town centre, and amazing architectural work. Rooms are dated but ok. The only problem is that the checkout time is 10 am. So if you plan to party till late, then this is not the place to stay. Management should look into the checkout time, may be 11am.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
