Reasonable price however the streets below is busy and my opinion is that the rooms need to be better insulated for sound as motor bikes can be heard during the night. This obviously prevented a good nights sleep. There is parking facility to the rear. Elevator access to all floors

The worst hotel of my life!!!!! Although I made a hasty reservation, I am writing this based on the premise that, as someone who has run a travel agency for 20 years, I have used many hotels both domestically and internationally. 1. The reservation process went smoothly and I stayed for 2 nights for a little less than 640,000 won through Agoda. 2. I went up to the accommodation and there were traces that looked like someone had been there. The curtain hook was missing and one side was loose. The window frame and behind the bed head were full of dust.ㅠㅠ Even the heads, both the double bed head and the single bed head, were soaked in liquid and were heavily stained. The bathroom was in a clean condition and there were black silicone stains and water stains. What was even more shocking was that I complained so badly that day that I tried another room, but most of them were in a similar level of hygiene, so I said I would just sleep there. When I leave the next morning, I leave and come back now, so I ask for the car to be cleaned thoroughly before leaving. I went there ㅠㅠ Wow Same as when I leave in the morning. It was not cleaned. (Leaves at 10:00 AM and returns at 18:00) Unbearable anger!! When I talked to the info person, they said they thought there was someone there. I guess they ignored me when I asked them to clean it on my way out. There are a lot of mosquitoes inside the hotel, so guests staying at the hotel should be especially careful. Southeast Asia and Europe. I have been to many hotels in the Americas and elsewhere on business trips. TOP 3 worst hotels of my life!!!! I tried filing a claim on the website, but Brown Dot's own site did not exist, so I posted it here. We will continue to file complaints about this part. If I update the photo, I won't upload it because I'm afraid my guests will be surprised.

The room is very small and you can hear the hallway noise. Overall, there are a lot of worn-out things, and the outlets and things like that are all exposed without covers, so it doesn't look good, and the sanitary conditions aren't clean, so it feels uncomfortable. I don't want to use it again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
