Staff members were so nice. One of them carried our bag upstairs after seeing us struggling. the room was warm and clean. the mattress was a bit old. this hotel is located very close to the Liverpool lime station. Thanks.

For the price this is a good place to stay. The cheap rooms are small but recently refurbished. It's acceptably clean. Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from Lime street station and plenty of bars and restaurants near by. The hotel doesn't serve any food but for the price that's to be expected. Only downside is that the bar below plays music quite loudly. During the week this goes on until about 9.30pm. It maybe later at the weekend. But all in all if you're looking for a budget stay right in the centre of Liverpool I can definitely recommend.

Was originally in a room with floor to ceiling windows, which in the city centre you would think that would be a bonus. Sadly not in this case, only a broken office style blind covering half the window, so it lets in all the sun and light in the evening, room was very warm with no AC or fan. It’s on the small side but for a night or 2 the size is ok. Appeared to be clean. Bed was comfortable. Lucky for us we was able to move to a room with no windows so we could try to sleep with no street light shining in. But more space and with the added bonus of a fan, but it is very basic (you get what you pay for) room is clean and bed is comfortable but all we did was place a towel on the radiator and it went to fall off the wall. No ventilation in the room so bonus fan is just blowing our warm air back at us, the shelf that the fan is sat on looks like it’s about to fall of the wall. On the plus size the lady on reception was very nice and helped us with moving room.

Good for the price the reception are friendly the rooms are clean but the bar downstairs is very loud you can’t sleep until they finish later than 10pm thus making the purpose of the hotel which is sleep kind of bad.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
