LOVED everything about this hotel. The service was impeccable and friendly. My room was GORGEOUS in every way. They really spoil you with some nice extras while staying. The restaurant was spectacular and my dinner and drinks were pure perfection. My server was 'Jesus' and he really went out of his way to help my experience be amazing. Best of all, I found the stay here very reasonably priced for what you get. Love the location. My room was also dead silent and I had fantastic sleep here.

Portugal 🇵🇹 Lisbon - hotels We stumbled upon the Browns Avenue Hotel in Lisbon as a stroke of serendipity after a fortuitous change in plans. My partner, the discerning hotel sleuth, was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service and the spacious, modernized rooms that awaited us. We wholeheartedly recommend opting for a room with a luxurious bath for an indulgent experience. The hotel's restaurant proved to be equally accommodating, as we found ourselves placing a late-night order and basking in the elegant ambiance of the beautifully decorated library while savoring delectable desserts accompanied by a soothing night cap of mint tea. In addition to our enchanting nighttime escapade, we discovered that the breakfast at the hotel is a culinary delight not to be missed. The delightful flavors and inviting atmosphere make it a worthy morning indulgence.

Perfect stay here - great location, the team at the front desk is so friendly and warm. Rooftop pool with small bar was wonderful to have access to on the hot summer days. Breakfast at the restaurant was also great and high quality. The rooms were lovely - great decor and made the room feel very homey and comfortable. Thank you for a great experience for our first time at a Brown’s!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
