overall experience is average. furniture is old but everything is clean. security guard and receptionist are friendly got refrigerator, kitchen basin, oven, electric cooker... if you like do a home cooking and buy ingredient from market, that is nice experience. Dining table in the room also. very quiet place that we had deep sleep there, relax and secure.

Most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. Cockroaches crawling everywhere (we arrived quite late). Looks nothing like the photos. We asked to switch rooms but the second was the same. The cabinets were falling off the wall, the room and hallways are dimly lit like a horror movie scene. It's a mix of a hotel and apartments, and random people sit in the halls and smoke. Carpet stinks like urine and cigarettes. We asked to cancel the reservation when we saw a big roach with her baby behind her crawl onto our suitcase. Luckily, staff was accommodating and provided a refund. There are places nearby that are around the same price and 10x nicer.

#throwback. Jan 2014. Great location and walking distance to nearby greenbelt shopping mall. But interior a bit old with timber panquet floor and window aircon. Nevertheless, great service whereby the waiter will bring your free breakfast to your room. Quiet ambience on weekends as neighbourhood are mostly office tower

Located in CBD Makati, this apartment is a practical choice for long-term (like a week or two) business travelers on a budget. But be prepare to not expect too much. I find quite scary to use their lift because I don't find it safe, the corridors are scary too like haunted, plus it doesn't smell good at all. Very old building. But at least their hot and cold shower is working.

Security personnel are very friendly and helpful! Great cozy place. Very convenient because it is near all the places - walking distance to malls (greenbelt, glorietta, landmark), near the church also, hospital (makati medical center), legaspi park, and alot of restaurants and convenient store just around the area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
