ATTENTION ALERT‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ The room doesn't look nothing like in the pictures on booking.. The furniture was different, everything looks old and dirty.. bathroom and floors were dirty too. For two nights we couldn't sleep at all because of the strong wind and weak windows isolations, it was cold too. The walls were cracked and wet with humidity stains. Breakfast was poor and cold and nothing like in pictures and was served in bowls on bar chairs....not very hygienic. The staircase were tight and old... The maid did nothing for 4 days, we had to clean by ourselves and get the towels by ourself too. For the price we paid it was not worth it.

Not sure why this place is so highly rated. I had a really bad experience - They charge 8% fee for paying with a bank card so had to get cash. It is free in most other hostels in Istanbul - Towel hire was 80 lira (€4.4). It was €1 in my other hostels in Istanbul new town - the Building is not the same as the photos on Google or Hostel World. I think they have copied photos from Cheers Lighthouse next door - they changed my room from terrace view room to one below ground (-1) so there was only a small window for indirect sunlight. The man on reception said they 'upgraded' me from 6 bed to 4 bed dorm. He said I could either take the room or leave. I had nothing else booked so had to take the bed - the room was dark and so dusty as they don't clean around the beds. - The pillow was lumpy so I didn't had a good sleep - I felt unsafe as the door only locked with a key so last person had to lock but they forget - the bathroom shower door was missing so water went every where when I showered, there was no handwash, the bidet tap came off as I used the bidet, the toilet brush had poo in it so God knows how long ago they cleaned/replaced it. Disgusting bathroom

These guys were awesome!! Stayed in Istanbul for a few days as a solo traveller. Amir and Jay were so friendly and welcoming right off the bat and made me feel right at home. It was clear that everyone working here really wants you to enjoy yourself and have a good time. Highly recommend staying here and make sure to order some drinks at the bar with Jay! Thanks for the great stay :)

Don't go here!! The bathroom (without a working light) is dirty as hell and there is mold everywhere. Also money disappeared from inside my baggage, I placed inside my room (not dorm)while I was gone. Probably stolen.... Besides that the staff was very nice, breakfast and the view from the terrace was decent but that really doesn't matter if everything is dirty, rotten and your money/stuff might be stolen.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
