First of all, you can check in even if it is not during their working hours which is awesome, we arrived after 00:00. They sent us videos of where and how to get the key, how to acces everywhere. The room was clean, and you have everything you want inside. Just a headsup, the rooms have 2 floors, and at least ours had the bedroom upstairs, but there was a pullout couch on the lower floor. The location is in the middle of the nightlife, so there are a lot of things to do if you are into that. The metro station and bus stops are nearby. There is a market at the corner of the street. Checkout is at 10:30 but you can leave your luggage at the reception until I think 18:00 which is nice.All in all I highly recommend it.

The apartment was nice and the location decent. Nothing to complain about the place. But during our stay a chair on the balcony broke when a person sat on it. There was no fault of the person using it the chair simply collapsed the minute one sat on it. We told the receptionist and he said he will have to talk with „management“. When we came back to pick up our 100€ deposit we were told that we would need to pay 60€ for the chair. We tried to reason with the receptionist but he said he had no authority but he also couldn’t give us any contact information for „management“. We were left helpless and had no way to get our money back as we had to catch a train. He then told us that apparently other things in the apartment were broken as well. When we went back and took a look everything was alright and we were told it had already been fixed. The purpose of a deposit is not for me to pay maintenance of your apartment. It’s for the case that I due to fault of my own have destroyed or damaged your property unfortunately the receptionist wasn’t able to understand this. It’s not a bad place to stay but you should expect to pay more then what you were told. Take photos of everything in the apartment once you arrive and once you leave. It’s sad that one can’t enjoy his holiday here without worrying about losing his deposit simply because some of the furniture ist old and shouldn’t be in use.

Amazing location, nice large clean rooms. The check in process is a little clumsy: even tho they you reserve full price for the rooms on Booking, they will ask for cash (and the reserved money will come back). We haven't had cash with us, so be prepared.

Great apartments, with washing machine and dishwasher. However, one would wish there were actual beds for everyone instead of sofas to sleep on, when the apartment is made for 6 people. The AC didn't work in one of our rooms. "Landlord" /guy in charge, was very nice and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
