The appartment is clean and perfect and equipped with everything you might need . The air conditioning is good too, but the elevator was out of order most of the time. Also at 3 am, the fire alarm worked due to a malfunction in the building, and we could not sleep, Other than that everything was great.

This place was by far one of the best apartments I have stayed in while travelling. Location: Although a bit further away from the city center and most tourist attractions in Budapest, this location is perfect if you want to explore more of the city. The neighbourhood was great, safe and had a lot of cafes, stores and even a huge shopping mall just a few minutes away. The closest bus/metro station is Semmelweis Klinikak which is a 5 minute walk to the apartment, but also there's the Corvin-negyed station which is about 10-15 minute walk, this station is bigger and more busses and trams pass through here. It was very easy to find the address. Apartment: The studio apartment that we booked was warm and cosy, and it had a homey feeling to it. You will find everything you might need during your stay from toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, iron and iron board, washing machine, clothes rack, hair dryer, dishwasher, etc. However, I would suggest to the owners to also provide corkscrew since they do provide wine glasses. Bed was comfortable, however the sofa was not. Even when sitting on the sofa you can feel the suspension springs inside. The sofa should be changed. Everything was clean and ready to use. The heating was amazing and at times too warm. The only thing I can complain about is the air con in the bathroom which was too loud even if you close the bathroom door. Check in: Everything went smoothly, before checking they provide you with the entrance door code, and all the instructions on how to get to your apartment. There's a lock box next to the apartment door which you need to unlock in order to get the key. Overall an amazing experience, and would recommend everyone going to Budapest to check out this place.

Great location if you don't mind using public transport to get around, bus stops trains etc are a few minutes walk away. Right next to a main shopping centre. Really nice clean rooms with all the facilities required, would stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
