Unfortunately the service provided after has left me no option but to leave a negative review. IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP AVOID! The room itself was OK, somewhat grubby but fine. On night one The bed squeaked everytime I moved meaning I was waking myself up and there was drunk people in the corridor directly outside my room repeating themselves at about 4am. The star of the show was night 2. There woman screaming on the bottom floor flat, ALL NIGHT. Neighbours then started screaming back. When I mentioned this to Budapest holiday colours, they said they were aware and there was nothing we could do about it. So this is a common problem they are hiding from us when booking. Had I had known I would have maybe been able to prepare and deal with just how terrifying and awful it was. Not only was she screaming, but constantly squeezing dog toys and banging against bars to the window of her flat. The receptionist upon check in was lovely. But the service after when trying to come to an agreement is awful. I had no sleep in 2 days and it effected my trip greatly, they have chosen to ignore my messages.

The room was basic but comfortable. The minimal necesities are there to cook. A reasonable sized fridge. The walls are a bit thing, but the neighbours were not loud. Only problem was the support of the matras that fell out its frame, and I had to put it back in the middle of the night.

I would characterise this hotel as a value for money one. The room was clean, we had hot water 24/7, it was renovated and beautiful. The location is wonderful if you want to be close to the city centre. Susi is very nice, polite and helpful. I would only note a dis, we were hearing the noise other guests made

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
