I am embarrassed that I even booked this place. I got it at the last minute because I flew in late to Knoxville and I just needed a place to sleep a few hours and shower so I could continue my journey to northern Tennessee. This is the most horrific hotel experience I have ever had. I had to go to another building to check in where a lady behind a glass window was at the end of a stark white lobby, if you can call it that. I walked into my room, outside entrance at the end of a car dealership with bright lights glaring at one o'clock in the morning, and when i opened the door, the room didn't even have lights other than one above the sink in the very back of the room. There wasn't even a light in the bathroom. There was a puddle of something on the floor coming out from under the TV stand. The whole place just felt dirty. The curtain didn't even cover the window all the way for privacy. I immediately started making phone calls and found the quality inn just a couple miles away. Much nicer and not much more expensive. This place should be condemned.

Please please don’t book a stay here it’s a roach motel !!!! The place is run down and the linen had hair and stains n burn holes all over it . The smoke alarm went off all night. If I had known I would’ve slept on the floor at the airport.

ZERO STARS. The reviews you’ve read thus far are TRUE. Me and my family were stranded due to the snowstorm in Knoxville 1/15. No rental car, Uber or cabs, in addition to the roads being shut down and the surrounding hotels being sold out, this was our option. The Place is EXTREMELY DIRTY and rundown. Mold over the walls. Blanket had cigarette holes and a yellow stain. No hand soap and the room Alarm was faulty. Alarm went off loudly throughout the entire night. In the end, we should’ve just slept at the dam* airport.

This place is NASTY !!!!! I checked and the front desk guy was very rude. Which should have been my clue . Went to the room went into the bathroom to check it out. The bathtub was gross , the shower curtain was NASTY a foot up from the tub on the supposedly white curtain was black was mold !! The tub itself had a nasty ring around it where it had nit been cleaned ,hair in the tub and paper of some kind. Nothing was wiped down .the bed was,well just use your imagination ! I took the loss of money and left to a better place !! It is disgusting🫣🤮 I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all !!! I DIDNT WANT TO EVEN GIVE THE 1 STAR BUT I HAD TO IN ORDER TO POST MY REVIEW !!

Do not book here, even with insurance they will not cover you and keep all your money. I just filed a claim and now I'm going to Sue, because this is predatory. Expedia doesn't even try to fight for you and the owner will just deny a refund. The place looks like trash even at the front office.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
