We stayed two nights at the beautiful Bulgari Paris and the service, room and restaurants were amazing. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us with a early check in and a beautiful breakfast in our room. Concierge was excellent! Room, view, balcony, bed and linen incredible. The location is excellent. Thank you!

Don’t have a chance to take photo of this hotel, everyday busy on shopping🤣 I always care about service more than others. Bvlgari Hotel has great service, and the most strong and powerful concierge. Highly recommend the concierge term and they are super friendly and efficient! Thank you, Harold, we will come back for sure.

I rarely write reviews but my family were very grateful last week as the wonderful group of doormen ran and booked a large taxi for us. We were running late and they handled the situation with humour and kindness.They were professional, friendly and lovely. Thank you!

Definitely my favourite hotel in Paris. Great customer experience and professionally trained friendly and knowledgeable staff. The staff pay attention to our needs at all times. Breakfast was amazing and we also had amazing lunch at the restaurant. The gym is well equipped with personal trainers. The best part is that they have an infrared sauna. Every biohackers dream. This hotel is for biohackers. Everything about this hotel was spot on. It’s truly a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be back again. Thank you to all the staff and management 🙏🏾😍🙏🏾

We stayed in Bvlgari Hotel for 2 nights (room 509). The hotel was exceptional, room was big and spacious, super friendly staff, I can't praise enough. The concierge team was amazing in helping booking places and restaurants and assisting us even before we arrived. Everything was in place for when we arrived. Lovely warm welcome in the room. We got a late check out until 2 which helped us a lot- thank you for that. We will be back! I used to work for Bvlgari hotel in London (pastry chef) and I miss that job looking at the pastries thinking about the display I prepared every morning! 🥰 Hotel is very close walking distance to Champs Elysees ans big boutiques - and amazing restaurants.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
