We arrived at 4pm, but the room was not ready , and waited another 1 hour plus , very unhappy cos it’s expensive hotel , and we booked the high tea next day. So it’s no point to extend our check out time . The receptionist put us in cafe and serve us coffee and cake while waiting . It’s new year eve the rate around 1500 usd per nite. Very a small hotel with amazing view to overseeing Huangpu river and Shanghai tower . The beer and juice in the room is foc , they serve hot tea too. Maybe to compensate us they give us one bottle of wine and fruits . The breakfast can serve in room and restaurant anytime of the day , set menu and it’s not bad . High tea one set around usd 250 nothing fantastic but the view is good . Wan to recognise Ranie for her reponsive and friendly service to us . To make us feel better even we waited 1.5 hours late for check in the room They also provide free ironing for coat and free polishing service for shoes . Free parking is provided too. Swimming pool is Luke warm temperature indoor and very beautiful . Overall still a very good hotel to experience so call “luxury brand “ hotel .

上海宝格丽 Without any doubting, this hotel in China mainland, from any side, it can be evaluated much better than another in PEK especially from the service quality and the landscape. The top hotel in China mainland is well-deserved.

I had the best service ever in all my hotel stays. The manager and 3 staff were waiting for us outside the hotel when we arrive, take us directly to the rooms and the manager comes to say goodbye remembering our names and the purpose to visit. The only thing is to keep an eye on your Marriott statement because many Chinese hotel won't report the points unless you request again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
