Such a beautiful brand new hotel in Tokyo. The rooms, the lobby and spa are absolutely incredible! Real James Bond experience on the 40th floor of a skyscrapper.The staff and service is immaculate, highest level of care at all times during your stay. The hotel also has an excellent Italian restaurant that I got a chance to enjoy. The spa consists of a stunning 25 meter pool with a view of whole of Tokyo and a gym that has a full weightlifting kit (which is something I always look for in hotels). And finally before I forget, the bar on the top floor was really buzzing and fun on a Saturday evening, full of life and great atmosphere! I am definitely coming back here.

It was a fantastic stay. We felt pampered. To all the staff & crew, thank you everyone for your hospitality! ☺️ Room Fresh & new. Well spaced. Comfortable walking around. Beautiful view of Marunouchi district, Palace Gardens & Mt Fuji Service Impeccable. Staff always attentive. We felt safe & protected. Turndown evening tea was different every night. They were special 🥰 Location Very convenient. Direct & sheltered access to Tokyo Station & underground streets. Short walking distance to Ginza & Nihombashi Breakfast Sumptuous. Not to be missed 😋

Not hotel, we really enjoyed just a couple of drinks at the open roof area of the bar, 40+ floor view. Look out over Tokyo, or right down at the Tokyo station with how many Shinkansen lined up, and sliding in and out, certainly iconic Tokyo. And what nice signature cocktails, and menu items available, although we did not eat. It is pricy, but the Italian waiter, very friendly and good service, not too much, or little, just right, and such a nice break. One side story. Perhaps appropriately, everything seemed black, it seems a theme, and you need guides to go anywhere. How to find the elevator or washroom, with unmarked doors, they want you to be served, and to serve. I also liked the artwork, and photos, will be back.

I just went for a massage treatment at Spa. I wanted to check the hotel before I spend $3000 per night. Quality of massage was excellent but I noticed few things I thought were odd. For example, when you first come to their spa reception area, I was asked to take my shoes and jacket. Maybe they were worried about me bringing diseases….? but some western guests might not like the idea. Secondly, each shower room in their wet room has no towel hooks inside so you have to go outside of your shower cubicle to get towel. I don’t know if shower room is too small so they are worried about towel getting wet if hook is inside. Either way, I like privacy. For world class ultra-luxury hotel like this, I expect more for privacy and more spacious shower room. Anyway I have to say Spa is especially bargain in most of Tokyo luxury hotels. Massage for 60 mins is about $250 with no need for tips, whereas luxury hotels in the US would cost over $400 especially with tips/ service fee. Lastly facial treatments in Japan use publicly available products(from retail stores) not professional esthetician lines. This hotel uses Augustinus Bader line.

The location, rooms, decor, finishings and amenities are all world class. The views from the room and rooftop bar are truly exceptional and alone worth the stay, pair that with the Bulgari service and you get an unforgettable experience. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
