I like it, it is a very good place, the rooms are very good looking and they clean them for you, good breakfast (I recommend the strawberry jam as breakfast cuz I love it ) and the staff's are very nice and helpful and they guide you and helps you explore Istanbul. Is very nice but the parking is hard but I do recommend it here.

This hotel is very old, poor, and unsafe. The rooms are so tiny and you see unprofessional electricity wire wrapping in the bathroom and the room. The reception is unprofessional. I asked them to pat my laundry order and message seats together with credit card and he reacted to me aggressively. The bathroom tissue in my room was used and the shelf in the bathroom for soap was unattached to the wall. This hotel is not a true 4 stars. According to my experience around the world . i would prefer to rate this hotel as two stars. You can see flyers and bugs in the restaurant around the breakfast. The iron stand had a blood like stain on it. The bedding had multiple stain. The bathroom glass wall had lots of finger spot. If i want to list i van keep going .i highly do not recommend this hotel and non chain hotels in turkey.

Looks good from far but far from good. Duvets all had blood stains, the replacements they brought us still had blood stains. Breakfast buffet is very poor quality food, we stayed for three nights and twice we found mouldy bread. Woke up with bites on my ear so I would not be surprised if their are bed bugs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
