The infrastructure is very old and suffers from its age. At first sight our room looked nice but we soon discovered it was very humid-- water pouring from the ceiling and bedsheets were really humid, almost wet. I wouldn't recommend this place, even if the guy who took care of us was very very nice.

Promod is a very friendly guy. But manager gave us wrong room and they offered services they didn' t deliver. That's why I asked for a discount via WhatsApp, but they didn't even answer. We booked 2.5 floor room but it was occupied by other guests. A switch the day after would have been possible, but senseless for a stay with 2 nights... WiFi: terrible and NOT available in the rooms, only in the lobby. Lights: more then 50% without function Cleanliness: horrible => See pictures Not worth the money!

One of the unique experiences. The place is well maintained and the rooms were spacious. The caretaker, Pramod is a very nice guy. There was a ghostly vibe through out the premises in an enjoyable way. 😅 Really worth the price. Will visit again for sure.

We stayed at this bungalow during December 2021. I must say that this place is one of the best villas in Nuwera Eliya which is value for the money. Moreover, it’s situated in the best proximity to the city so that you can get almost anything within minutes. Further, the antique and Cosy atmosphere which comes with this villa is a splendid combination for a great holiday.

good place, friendly staff. There were problems with the Internet, but they were solved. we had a huge room 2.5 floors. The room had everything I need, safe, refrigerator. unfortunately there was no desktop. but i could work in the common area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
