Amazing experience here! We booked the compact room for three nights, it has all you need for a comfortable stay. The space is organized perfectly, and the atmosphere is great! And yeah, the fact that it’s in an ex-church is always shocking! Service was very good, we asked to rise the AC and they gave us an extra heater that worked great! We will repeat for sure if we come back in Amsterdam!

Hi Max. Thank you for your answer. Our Bunk bear was named Bunkers by my kids. We love it! 🥰 * * * Bunk Hotel was the best hotel experience I have ever had. I love their concept and how every little detail is well thought through. If you take your time to explore the hotel, you will find many hidden pleasant surprises around. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated, the restaurant was so amazing, we did not feel the need to eat anywhere else during our stay. The menu was so exotic and delicious. The location was also perfect, far from the craziness of the center of Amsterdam and yet close enough for you to get to city center by foot. The staff was also amazing, and the teddy bear in our room was so cute that we had to bring him home. ❤️

One of the coolest hotel's I have ever stayed in! The rooms are small, but even for a family of two adults and two kids it was no problem. We are not travelling just to spend time on the room ;) Everything is clean and the staff are super friendly. Plus for very good food and drinks and cool events! We will be back for sure!

Hello, We visited Amsterdam in October 2023 and stayed at Bunk hotel. It is located on the north side of the Inland Water channel and well connected from Amsterdam Central with Metro subway being one stop away. The locality is peaceful and the buildings in vicinity give an impression of archaic charm. One should research the rooms well in advance and should be prepared for the unique concept of bunk rooms. You may extend request to change the rooms if need be for a slightly larger room and the staff will oblige if vacant. There is a restaurant, library, work area and locker room. There are Elevators and Self service vending machines in the corridors which is good. The desk staff was polite, cheerful and helping. Even before reaching the premises all my queries were promptly responded. The restaurant has delicious fusion menu but options are less which could be increased. The breakfast menu is fixed but health and good, alacarte fans will be disappointed :-). Neat and clean rooms. The windows don't open barring a few rooms on the ground floor. Overall a good experience with and extra star for excellent staff and service...

We booked an EPIC room for our stay and while it was small, it was well laid out! BUNK makes it a point to outline exactly what to expect when booking, so there were no surprises for us when we got there. It was clean, functional and had everything we needed. The hosts were super friendly, and the location was great! Even though it's not in the city centre, I really appreciated the 4 min walk from the closest Metro station, which took you to Centraal within a few minutes. Would stay here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
