Staying at the Buri Rasa was amazing, the staff are lovely and at the end of your trip treat you like family. The food is amazing, morning buffet breakfast’s, big menu for lunch and dinner. I stayed in a garden room with a plunge pool in the back yard and it was perfect, you have a beach, public pool, and your own personal pool. Even on a day when it was raining the kind staff set up lots of things to do! Overall an amazing place, would definitely recomend and come back to!

Very relaxing holiday. Looked after by excellent staff. Beautiful location right on the beach but walking distance to everything you want in Chaweng. Staff very generous with their time and will help you with whatever you need. Beautiful food and location for the restaurant in the beach. Cooking class and market tour with head chef was brilliant. (He even came in on his day off to show us the market). All around highly recommended.

We had a really good stay at Buri Rasa Village. The hotel is really beautiful, quiet and very well located. Best breakfast of our holiday. We had to change room and both were pretty and comfortable. The staff is professional, nice and friendly, you really feel that they get along and that they love the resort. The beach and the pool area are beautiful.

Absolutely first class service. Rooms were stunning, restaurant served delicious food, and all the staff are kind and extremely accommodating. We had plans around Samui but couldn’t bother leaving the hotel! We loved the little details like having our own beach bags and flip flops. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to stay again!

Always great. Have stayed several times when needing to be on samui. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff is excellent. Breakfast is also very very good for a hotel. As a resident I don't frequent many hotels, but I'm always happy to return to this resort. 10/10.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
