Had a comfortable stay at the hotel in my recent visit. The hotel is centrally located, a short walk from Wan Chai MTR station. The room is modern, clean and has all the facilities you expect. The bed is on the small side - if you're taller than 170cm you may find your feet hanging over the end of the bed. I would book it again if I'm travelling solo.

Excellent hotel that prioritized cleanliness and good service. We enjoyed the beautiful views from our room and the proximity to the Wan Chai MTR station. Furthermore, this hotel is just a stone's throw away from dozens and dozens of excellent restaurants that are right around the corner.

Excellent location, in the heart of Hong Kong. Only 2 stops on the Islander line from Hong Kong Central. Loads of shops and restaurants around. Full of public transport too. The rooms are very small but have everything you need to have a good night. This is not a resort but a place to sleep at. Quiet, comfortable, have the usual amenities and staff is friendly. Would use again 100%

Very good location, bus stops and metro approx. 50 steps from the main entrance. Reception could be more “happy” and at least say hello when someone enters the lobby. Room service okay. What I missed the most is the possibility of getting breakfast, even in China we are able to get fried eggs and croissant for breakfast. Kingsize bed here is like a normal European size of bed for one bigger person, so as 2 tall Europeans we didn't fit in, so sleep was not good at all.

Fantastic stay at the Burlington Hotel in Wan Chai, Hong Kong from September 27 to 29, 2023. The hotel is newly renovated, with a simple yet modern design. Initially, the room I was allocated on the 8th floor had an odd smell. However, upon informing the front desk, they immediately arranged for a room change. The new room was neat and tidy - the problem-solving attitude and speed were truly commendable. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a bus stop right outside and only a 5-minute walk to the Wan Chai MTR station. Numerous dining and entertainment options in the vicinity add to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
