Whoa this place is the most strategic hotel for tourists. Walking distance to every where. Staff are very friendly and so welcoming. They’ve assisted us so well.

The location is the biggest perk. But the room was soo small and there was no window. No way to open our luggage. Overall not too bad. The location allowed us to explore Dotonburi every night.

We had such an incredible experience here the man (I wish I knew his name) who was working reception on the 16th september 2023 helped us so much at 1am when we were having trouble with some tickets for a trip we were doing. He was immediately helpful and friendly and we really appreciated this kindness. Our room was also lovely with great aircon a tv and comfy beds.
