We stayed at Busy bee before, between and after our hikes in Nepal. We really thought it was a little oasis, close to the Main Street in Lake side. The staff is very helpful, nice and polite. Lovely to be able to relax by the pool (you can actually see fish tail from the pool). Breakfast is decent

One of our friend recommended for a trek massage and we three of us went there for a trek massage. It was a precooked but they hold us for more than 30 min due to staff shortage. Out of three, two rooms were freezing cold with no heater, esp in mid Jan. Also the staffs cold hand with cold oil is not something one can enjoy for massage. Later one, went for a shower bit no hot water at all. Reported to the staff and she just replied, "it is what it is". She asked me to wait few min so that she can go and turn on the hot water. Seriously! ,after paying nrs 4000 each for three people and you get this service from such a reputable organisation. Shame ! You need to improve on those things plus good customer service please. Thank you.

Worst resort i have stayed in nepal Story goes back to oct 25 2023 I was actually shifted here from one of the owners of this resort. We had actually booked for 2 nights and had already paid the whole amount while cheking in but the very next day we got information that the room was not available. They said they were gonna fix it and we didn’t received any information till 12 pm( chekout time) and thought they fixed it. So we went out to meet our friends in pokhara and at 4 pm the owner tells us to leave the room and reach the hotel at 30 mins to pack our luggages . We were 30 to 40 mins away from the resort and went there on a hurry, only to hear that the room is available again. They didn’t passed us a single information about it even when we they had our contact number. This wasn’t only our problem some of the guest were complaining about their reservations too while we were talking to one of the receptionist. Tired of the unprofessional behaviour from an overpriced so called resort we asked to check out immediately and told them to return our money for the 2nd night and gave them our QR code to repay us but its been 2 days not even a single penny has been returned by the owner. Thank u for successfully ruining our short trip to pokhara busy bee resort.

Sharing my personal experience. I loved this place ,me my wife n my Lil daughter had a great time in this resort. Booked this through mmt for three days, starting with the check in. We were upgraded and alloted the best room in resort . Everything in this resort is to be loved,be it food, staff behaviour,they are so friendly. My daughter loved spending time with them .They used to play n greet her evry time. We just loved our stay in pokhara inbusy bee resort. We extended two more days. 5 days in this resort is one of our finest stays ever. We miss this place a lot. Will recommend any one blindly to book this place. U won't regret.

I stayed in a deluxe room. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staffs were very friendly, professional and very responsive to any issues. The breakfast was also decent and we really loved our 2 days stay in Busy Bee Resort. The location itself is at the center of the lakeside.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
