I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! The rooms are not quite spacious if you’re staying alone but the price is really affordable for the location and service that the hotel provides. Staff were excellent and were way better at some 5 star hotels that I stayed at. Soundproofing of walls aren’t great either as you can hear the cars beeping and the cleaners vacuuming in the level above you. To counter battle this, the hotel provides ear plugs for your stay! Hygiene wise, I had an allergy reaction to the towels or linen. This caused me to having to go to see a doctor which was a fee that could’ve been avoided. I also just witnessed the cleaner wiping the door frames and proceeding to use the same towel to wipe the tables in the reception. I suggest that maybe hygiene may need to be addressed at this hotel. Bring your own towels and linen to use at this hotel perhaps! Otherwise it was a great stay! I’d recommend to anyone who is finding a hotel that’s a good budget yet great location in Hong Kong.

Excellent location; lots of Michelin restos around, interesting shops and local cuisine options. Lively atmosphere and a myriad of interesting activities (mostly involving food + shopping!) Room itself was surprisingly large, including the bathroom. Comfortable single beds (for Asian sizes, though). Likewise, staff very accommodating in terms of questions and directions. Free coffee is mighty appreciated. Points for improvement -- instead of providing daily ration of water in plastic bottles, the hotel could provide a dispenser where guests can refill their own tumblers.

I recently stayed at this hotel in central Hong Kong. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We booked a superior room, and the room size was good. However, there were a few issues with the room. The air conditioning only had two options, vent and cool, and there was no dehumidifier. As a result, the humidity in the room was constantly high. Another concern was the abundance of textiles in the room, including the carpet, which made me worry about mold issues. Unfortunately, my suspicions were confirmed when the air from the air conditioning began to smell moldy. Additionally, the bathroom had a drainage odor at times, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, while the hotel had some positives like its friendly staff and excellent location, the issues with humidity and potential mold were significant drawbacks to an otherwise pleasant stay.

GREAT ambiance and AWESOME staff! Location is unbeatable!!! Literally steps away from the Central-Mid-Levels Escalators, Central Market, famous hawkers, as well as 3 main metro stations that can take you straight to the airport/Expo, up and down the HK island, as well as across the harbour. Having 24 hour reception was also very reassuring. They were also very accommodating. My flight arrived early in the morning and I was able to check into my room as soon as I arrived before noon. They also had umbrellas for guests to borrow on days that it rained. No frill rooms but very well maintained and even spacious by HK standard. Having more channels or the option to cast to TV would be a plus but not a big deal. The only true downside is that the walls are very thin. I could easily hear all the laughing and coughing next door. So if you are a light sleeper or someone who values great privacy, it's something to consider. But since I was out and about most of the day anyways and each room also came with earplugs and eye masks, this was not a huge concern for me. For this location and price, I'm willing to make this compromise. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely book again! :)

Great location with clean and modern rooms. Air con was powerful and had individual room control. Mattress and pillows were better than more expensive hotels we’ve stayed. We had city views and despite being so central it was never noisy. Ticked all the boxes and will come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
