Disclaimer, I'm writing this review through the lens of an American touring Europe. Pros: - Huge shout-out to Jonathan for getting hot water at midnight for my wife and I to be able to have tea. Customer service at other hotels has not been the greatest so this was just awesome to experience. Thank you Jonathan, we appreciate your kindness! - Breakfast was busy due to the large groups but overall had a decent selection of fruits, cereals, yogurt, breads, juices, coffees, teas and hot food (sausage, eggs, etc) - Location is quiet and about 10 minutes from the bus or train. - The room had a fridge (unsure if it was working)! The hotel also provided 2 complimentary waters (1 regular and 1 sparkling) which was nice! - Be sure to ask for city maps at the front desk! They are very helpful as you navigate around Roma! Cons: - Rooms and various areas could use a refresh. New carpet and better lightning would go a long way to making the place more inviting. - Some room doors can be difficult to open

We stayed at 8 different hotels in our last tour and this is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. All we wanted was clean, well maintained rooms but that is way too much to ask here, don't be fooled by the fancy pictures on their site, those are probably pictures taken the day it opened My pictures are what it looks like today...

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any sane person. Kept waking up every hour because the aircon doesn’t work. Had to open the windows to let the air in because the outside air was cooler than the air con( despite the settings) Toilet in a weird position. Water splashes everywhere. Dirty carpet. Dusty rooms. Allergies 🤧 off the charts!! Good luck

our flight was canceled so the airline put us up in this hotel for the night - i do NOT recommend! the lobby is ok, but the rooms are old and very dirty. there were stains all over the carpet. the shower head was moldy. we asked to switch rooms and were advised none were available, but no one offered to clean it. we ended up leaving and paying for a hotel on our own.

Not recommended, only the reception and stuffs were good. The room and facilities far below 4 star-hotel. no good location. no hot water after midnight. no coffee-tea maker at room, no ironing facility at the room , the ironing room is poor. technically an old hotel which should be highly renovated.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
