Great location, nice styling, and a decent co-working space. But that's where the positives end. We stayed on the third floor and every night we could hear and feel the subway passing underground. Every time it did, the windows would rattle. 24/7 we could hear water moving through the pipes. The heating was centrally controlled and set so high it was too uncomfortable to sleep through an entire evening. The walls are so thin we could hear the conversations of the people in the next room. Minuscule rooms provided barely any storage or organisation space for our belongings. The bed was also a small double, so tall people and wide people would probably do best to avoid this hotel. Considering the price point, this was a thoroughly disappointing hotel experience. The location was terrific, but this was one of the least peaceful places I've stayed in. It was almost like being in a party hostel.

The handle on the bathroom door was broken; the door opened on its own. The shower curtain was completely moldy. The shower gel dispenser did not work. The paint on the doors and walls was blistering. There were earplugs, cookies, marmalade in the room. Breakfast was relatively good. For this price the conditions of the rooms should be better.

To me, the essence of a good hotel lies in the details, and this one truly delivers. Perfectly suited for travelers, its compact rooms offer an array of amenities, from coffee, tea, and cookies to a safe, fridge, and ironing board. The quick check-in was commendable. Plus, the handy luggage locker adds convenience. The breakfast, while simple, boasts high quality and is beautifully presented!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. This hotel not only boasts a great location but also offers a range of amenities that made my stay truly exceptional. First and foremost, the hotel's location is a traveler's dream. Situated in the heart of Barcelona, it's at a reasonable distance from many of the city's iconic attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring. Whether you want to stroll down Las Ramblas, visit the historic Gothic Quarter, or marvel at Gaudi's architectural masterpieces, you'll find it all within easy reach. One of the standout features of this hotel is its 24-hour reception. I was greeted with warm smiles and assistance from the friendly and helpful staff. The beds are comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The rooms are opened with a code. It adds an extra layer of security and convenience, eliminating the need for traditional key cards. The bathroom was another highlight. It was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The hotel provided a variety of welcome treats, including candies, cookies, and bottled water. It was a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly appreciated as a guest. Prime location, round-the-clock reception, kind and helpful team, comfortable beds, and delightful welcome treats all contributed to a memorable experience.

Great hotel. Perfect location, two steps from Catalonia square and metro station. Alexa at reception been very helpfull, always friendly. For sure will stay at this hotel again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
