Good pocket-friendly place if you're looking for a boutique hotel for just one night or two. Clean bed and bathroom. Basic toiletries are provided. Setbacks were: no toilet paper provided and when we tried calling the reception since 9pm, no one answered. Temperature and water pressure not consistent. Otherwise, we were ok. May not consider this hotel for our next stay though.

Good value for money. However, I feel it is very suffocating due to tight walking space leading to your room and the toilet is dirty, yellow stains on the walls. Aircon is quite hot. Pros: the staff is friendly. Price is cheap.

Stayed for 2 nights. Affordable stay, ample parking lots at the front of the hotel, clean, room size was ok, basic amenities like toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo and shower cap was provided too. Overall, satisfied with the stay. Will recommend Bzz Hotel if you are looking for a pocket-friendly hotel just for the night’s stay.

Importantly is clean and tidy, and this hotel fulfils that requirement. A bit of nitpicking but the ventilation fan in the toilet, while working fine, is mounted onto the window which is unable to close... means it keeps drawing outside air from the window instead of the door... so things are very hard to dry inside. Night time shower next morning floor still wet. Apart from that it's okay.

I am animer from Thailand and the hotel management and staff have been really good. I had to go to Singapore and Indonesia for a few days. They kept my motorbike in a safe area of the hotel next to the security guard and also kept my heavy luggage safely as I wanted to travel light. This was done as no extra cost ! I recommend this hotel ans of course rooms and service are very good!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
