        We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights at this great hotel . The rooms are beautifully clean and well maintained and the breakfast was excellent. But what I will always remember is the wonderful man on reception on the very late night that we checked in. I had the misfortune to pick up the wrong luggage at the airport and did not realise this until reaching our room well after midnight. Unfortunately I have mislaid the name of Mr Wonderful (he is originally from Sri Lanka). He went above and beyond his front desk duties ringing the airport and was able to track my bag and organise a return trip back to the airport with the other bag. I will never forget this lovely man and the kindness he showed to me . He is truly an asset to this hotel. Thank you once again MR WONDERFUL !

        We booked a 3 nights stay at this hotel from December 31st, 2023, to January 2nd. 2024 thru Expedia. We got hotel booking confirmation from Expedia. After our flights (more than 24 hrs) from Los Angeles to Doha, Qatar, we arrived at the hotel around 2 AM on January 1st, only to be told that there is no room available. Needless to say that we were very tired after long fights with no room to sleep in. Although hotel staff apologized and tried to be helpful in getting us a room with other hotel near by. They should not sell our room to other guests and put us in a bad situation.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
