brilliant hotel right by the side entrance of the Firenze SMN train station! almost everything about this place was top notch – the room facilities were incredible and modern, clean and comfortable, location was walkable distance to almost every attraction; never had to take public transport or taxi. my only issue was that the air conditioning/heating in our room was much too warm and stuffy. other than that, flawless accommodation with a beautiful delicious breakfast!

My mother and I stayed here in late September 2022. The hotel is in a super convenient location, literally across the road from the station, with bus and tram stops outside the front door. The reception staff were super helpful. Our room was quite comfortable, good air conditioning, and had an awesome view over the plaza towards the cathedral. Breakfast was very good. The bathroom was clean and spacious, although the shower was a little awkward (easy to spray water over the bathroom). There is a safe, but it's too small for even a small laptop. I found the bed a little soft but that's personal preference. I would happily stay here again.

One of the tram stops is right on the other side of the street outside the entrance. The location is super convenient. My sister and I booked this hotel last minute and the staff were so polite and helpful we decided to stay here for a few more nights. The rooms were clean and had a safe for any valuables. The room we were originally in had a smelly waft when we opened the windows so we asked the front desk if we could change rooms and they were more than happy to help and gave us vouchers for 2 free glasses of wine at the bar. The restaurant and bar are a nice touch to the hotel.

Sunday, December 3, 2023 I stopped in at the Ambasciatori Hotel in Florence and didn’t expect to get a room because there were several big conventions going on in Florence and the previous hotel I visited was completely booked! I was heartily and gladly welcomed by Bernardo who couldn’t have been nicer and managed to get me into a very reasonably priced room which relieved me so much because I had an early train to catch in the morning and the hotel is right across the street from where the railway station is located! When I stayed there a few years ago, I had good memories of it being a cost-effective hotel with the best location and friendly service, so during my trip to Florence, I chose to stay for 2 nights even though it was expensive at 280 euros per night. But this time, I was very disappointed. Although it is a 4-star hotel, the room minibar did not even come with bottled water, indoor slippers had to be ordered, and ice bucket service had to be brought directly from the bar in a plastic bag. While traveling in Italy for 15 days, I was very disappointed with the level of service compared to the high price among many hotels. However, I highly appreciate the friendliness of the staff. I am satisfied with the convenience of parking right next to the hotel, accessibility to the old town, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness, but I am not satisfied with the basic service compared to a 4-star hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
