Amazing location as it is only 5 min walk from Milan centrale. The hotel is going through renovation but you can’t hear any noise. I got a free upgrade to a bigger spacious room and I didn’t even request for it. The staff were super friendly and they even carried my luggage when checking out to the Main Street.

The hotel seemed to be undergoing some kind of construction; however, it wasn’t very noisy. It says the rooms are undproof, but our room was directly across the staff quarters, and we could hear their conversations from within our room. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. The room was big and spacious. The shower and tub is a bit high up, so it can be a little difficult to step into it, and as most hotels around Italy, the water drains a bit slowly. The lobby has complimentary coffee and cookies which was nice to start the morning off with. The location was excellent. The hotel is within 17-30 minutes walk to all the places we wanted to visit, and a couple stops on the subway to the Milan Cathedral and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Overall, if you are looking to stay near the train station, and do not mind a little walking or taking public transportation, I’d recommend this hotel!

This place was mediocre at best. There was mold in the shower, and the room smelled like mildew. During my stay a family emergency occured and I had to leave immediately, but they refused to fully refund me for the days I could no longer stay. Very disappointing. The hotel is below average for its price. Overall, I would not recommend. Save your money- Don't book!!

Staff didn't allow me to park a bike (quite an expensive one) anywhere inside or in their territory, only outside on a street. Booking was non-refundable. Apparently they didn't allow me to cancel it either. I had to pay for the full car place in the hotel's underground garage for them to let me park a bike there. Even though there were tons of places in the garage to park a bike.

👎👎The rating of the hotel shall be ⭐⭐2 stars, definitely not 4! Very small and noisy rooms. All conversations are coming through the walls. Noise from the street is just like being in the room. Internet speed is extremely slow and it is not possible to use it as a city tour guide. In the bathroom is 'kind of" shower gel poor quality and price of the small soap. Air-conditione is producing more notice than the cool air. Simply : Noisy, Noisy, Small, Not recommended 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
