This hotel is in a good location and is close to a lot of good restaurants. The bus is a 3-5 min walk and the metro is about 10-15. If you get the double room, it's a little small and you will have trouble moving around if you bring more than 1 set of large luggage. My wife and I made it work and didn't feel too cramped. The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel is well taken care of. This area seems to be close to a hospital so you will often hear ambulances as they drive by. However, it was pretty quiet at night which allowed us to have a good night's sleep. The lounge area down stairs has a some comfortable chairs, a huge TV, and a conference room table. There's also a nice outside smoking area where you can sit and enjoy some of the great wine that they serve at the bar. The bar hours are 1900-2300 and they have a good variety of drinks. The area might seem a little sketchy, but it's not bad. Even at night we felt completely safe walking around. Overall, this was a great stay, the customer service was phenomenal and made up for some the shortcomings. If you need a place to stay in Rome, this is it.

We are so satisfied that we selected this hotel. Our rooms were excellent cleaned, fully equipped with all the necessary items. The welcome letter was written by the manager and the present which was a packet of pasta was a great surprise for us. Thank you for your hospitality and we are looking forward to seeing you again soon ‼️

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a 15 minute walk from the Cornelia metro station. The room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Even left lovely notes in the room to welcome guests, which we think was a nice gesture.

We have booked a double room in this supposedly 4-star hotel for 4 nights in December 2023. If we wanted 2 single beds we had to pay €15 more per day, being also a double room. Firstly, they placed us in a poorly maintained room with a dirty bathtub, hair in the faucet and dust on the furniture. We complained and they gave us another room that was a little neater and cleaner. The next day the electrical installation failed and we were left without electricity. They moved us to a much dirtier 3rd room. Lots of dust and dirty shower. Out of embarrassment, we were embarrassed to complain again because we are tired of sightseeing around the city and the only thing we want is to rest. We had to clean the room with wipes, shower gel and a sponge. Please, if you are going to book this hotel, keep in mind that its category is not 4 stars but 2, which is very generous. I advise looking for other accommodation in this beautiful city.
