I had a really great experience at this hotel! As a solo traveler, safely and accessibility is very important to me. The hotel is located right next to the train station but was a 10-12 minute walk to most of the major sites. It also felt very safe. There was a 24 hour front desk service plus the front door could only be open by key-card at night. My room was very spacious with high ceilings and it was quiet at night. I arrived early and the staff was able to help get me checked-in about an hour earlier -super awesome after a full day of travel. I didn’t have any of the breakfast but appreciated the coffee/tea/pastry service throughout the day.

This hotel was an awesome value! Very comfortable, clean and friendly in a great location. 2 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station; 11 minute walk to the duomo; 14 minutes to the Uffizi. Self-service espresso machine in the nice lobby and work area too! You’ll find croissants and fruit most of the time as well. I recommend you click and book!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Club Florence very much! The people at the reception were always very welcoming and helpful! The 2 rooms we booked were perfect, of good size, with a good AC, and very clean. The staff took great care of our rooms and of us during our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot (bacon/eggs, pastries, fruits, all kinds of coffees and juices... the croissants were very good)! Every employee we met at the hotel was very professional and kind! I happily recommend your hotel to my friends and family, and anyone who wants to enjoy Florence! The hotel is located a few minutes away from the train station, which was so convenient when we arrived from Rome, and left for Venice. Plus, it was very central and close to most of the places we wanted to visit in Florence. We tried a lot of hotels in different Italian cities during our 3-week trip, and this one was by far the best! Thank you again!!!

Excellent value for the money. We stayed just one night and we were treated so well…early check in, storing our luggage after check out, and very courteous and professional service throughout. Highly recommend Hotel Club Florence.

Very close to the train station which is a huge plus for first time visitors to Florence. The hotel is a hidden gem. Well-appointed rooms, beautiful lobby and delicious buffet breakfast. Marco, who works the desk is delightful!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
