Davide was an absolute star, very helpful and friendly throughout our stay! Everyone else was also lovely to deal with. Rooms were very nice, only quirky is the duvet covers didn’t seem to cover the duvet completely, so would be nice to change this. Other than that, good breakfast, room size and view!

Accommodations were great except for poor natural night. The windows to my bathroom faced a completely enclosed hole with other guest room bathroom windows facing it. This was concerning because the windows needs to be open for ventilation during showers and while using the toilet sometimes. Leaves you a bit exposed to other guests in that regard. There were two windows in the bedroom, once facing the sale enclosed alley like dungeon hole that the bathroom faces and the other a tiny window at the top of the wall on the opposite of the room that reminds me of a basement window or prison. The single elevator in the lobby is tiny. If you’re traveling with multiple medium to large sized suitcases it could be a problem. And don’t even think about sharing the elevator with someone else. That’s impassible. Elevators are also incredibly slow. Location wise this hotel is great! Very walkable, lots of eateries and shops nearby and not far from the cathedral and other tourist attractions. I rate it 8/10.

Unprofessional Handling of Theft Incident Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional handling of a serious incident at this hotel. When my friend and I discovered her shopping bags were stolen from our room, the staff's response was shockingly inadequate. All they did was tell us to call the police, offering no additional assistance or information. To make matters worse, the police informed us they need more information, creating a frustrating loop with no resolution in sight. The lack of cooperation and support from the hotel staff is unacceptable. This experience has been a complete letdown, and I strongly advise others to avoid such an unprofessional establishment. Upon reading reviews, it's clear that we are not the only victims of this appalling situation. I am determined to raise awareness about the inadequate security and unprofessionalism of this hotel. It's disheartening to see that they believe they can ignore such serious incidents without consequences. I am still awaiting their further reply, but their dismissive attitude is both infuriating and toxic. I urge everyone to be cautious and reconsider staying at this establishment, as they seem to disregard the safety and concerns of their guests. This kind of behavior should not go unnoticed or unpunished.

Room is clean, good size and bathroom is clean and complete. Bed is super comfortableThe staffs are really sincere and warmly welcome all guests. Big thanks to the guest service manager, the nice lady that helped my check in, martina and also stevano. Location is perfect, near to attractions and next to main station. This hotel offers great value for money. Situated by the station it’s very convenient and only a short walk to the major sites. Highly recommended.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
