I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was a little apprehensive walking up to it from the main road, but the apprehension was quickly forgotten once inside. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was SUPER clean (probably my biggest worry on booking). The layout was a bit odd, but still kind of cool. You could tell this is not a cookie cutter hotel. The hallways were a sort of maze like, and there are a few sets of stairs. If it weren’t for signage, you could easily get turned around. The only minuses I can think of are - no elevator (I think) and no AC (but they do provide a fan in the room). The location is a little outside of the action, which could be a plus as it was really quiet and peaceful. However, there is a lot within a short walk. I think is a perfect choice for a solo traveler.

We arrived and there was a problem with our reservation that was made by our booking agent. We could not contact them due to the time difference. The manager came out of his office and was absolutely amazing. He went out of his way to accommodate us and book us in for the 3 nights. The hotel was beautiful and well appointed. The staff was beyond amazing. What could have ruined our vacation turned out to be a great experience. We cannot thank the manager enough for helping 2 (almost) stranded tourists. Thank you!!!!!

Stayed here for 2 nights.. +large room und bathroom +bed was comfy +very clean, warm +15 min walk to old town +Friendly service +quiet Area - breakfast was „okay“ would have been better if fresh eggs were used instead of pulvered eggs, maybe add some dairy free yoghurt..

An ok hotel, a 15 minute walk with suitcase to Waverley Station. Room was a bit small but clean. Bathroom was fine except for low water pressure in shower. Staff were friendly. I left too early to eat breakfast. Room price was competitive given the high cost of visiting Edinburgh in late summer. They do have a small bar, but a fair number of drinking places (and eateries) within a short walk.

Love the experience in Edinburgh. We rented an apartment with my family and we were surprised to see how lovely and huge the apartment is. We all have ensuite toilet and shower. Will recommend to friends

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
