Situated along the esplanade directly across the road from Muddy’s playground & cafe, this is the perfect spot to set up for in the CBD. The staff were warm, friendly and professional. Parking is very limited and the car park at the top of the ramp can be awkward to manoeuvre if it’s full when you get there & need to go back. There is street parking available. The room itself felt large but had an obvious smell to it & needed airing out. The air conditioner dripped on the floor making a puddle, which I informed staff of at check out - they were very professional about it & noted it for maintenance. The beds and bedding were comfortable & the fridge was cold upon arrival. If you’re booking for NYE in an effort to avoid the crowd, your view from the balcony will be partially obstructed by other hotels (which we were already aware of). The pool is easy for guests to access. As with any pool in the tropics, without a shade over it the water is bath temperature. The pool is open until 9pm, so it’s nicer in the early evening. Overall we had an enjoyable stay & would return.

So good! Lovely spacious, comfy and renovated rooms with great views. Easy and short walk to all the action in the city along the promenade. And the staff are exceptional, so friendly and helpful with all our trips, rentals, restaurants etc… lovely people!. We had our wedding anniversary here and would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday treat. Thanks Cairns Plaza Hotel

Stayed at this great little hotel last week in a little getaway holiday. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Staff, regardless of time of day, were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and certainly big enough. :Location fabulous just steps from the boardwalk that takes you along the shoreline. No fuss check out, safe parking. For the price and location I would look no further. We will most definitely be back.

I couldn't be more grateful for the amazing service that was given to my family this weekend from Dean and his staff at this hotel. I couldn't fault the room cleanliness, it had everything we needed. It truley exceeded my expectations. Thankyou again for a wonderful stay at your hotel. We will be back. 👏

Great location, very close to Muddys cafe and only a short walk to the esplanade and the supermarkets. The rooms have wifi which isn’t the fastest, but the tv has YouTube etc which you can watch. You can also borrow beach towels to bring with you to the lagoon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
