A clean and useful motor lodge. Bathroom, bed, and room were all tidy upon arrival and the AC worked great. Rooms are a bit small and communal noise was a small nit, but the value couldn't be beaten. Free parking was nice too.

Our room was near at the entrance and near the pool, so noisy. Large windows, no privacy. The room was okay but needed updating. The bathroom was not clean and we found a lot of hair in the drain in the bathroom. Breakfast was good.

We've had a lovely 3 nights at cairns Queens court. The staff were lovely and attentive, the room was very pleasant and up to date with a comfortable bed, toiletries and very effective air conditioning.. There is a small pool area between the 3 accommodation blocks and this is perfect for a refreshing dip most times of the day.. We have hired a car and been able to park directly adjacent to the building. Breakfast is optional, a pleasant continental offering with the option to upgrade to personally cooked options. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the town centre which was great for us as we love the exercise back and forth. Fit some people this may be tricky in the heat or requiring a taxi. Some reviews comment on the lobby but there are three accommodation blocks and 2 lobby areas which can be confusing if you're relating to the images. A really great stay, hope we'll return one day

The fire alarm went off as we were checking in, the receptionist ran off and so we went to our room. No tap in the room, it had a kettle so we took it down the 3 floors to fill it up, couldn't find anyone who worked there, ended up finding a tap in a makeshift bar sort of area. Place was in need of maintenance, peeling paint, dirty. One shower and toilet on each level, had broken and empty dispensers for shaving cream, soap and conditioner. Broken towel racks, 20 litre peach bodywash sitting in shower floor smelt like chemicals. Ladies bathroom not draining. No blanket on the bed, one thin itchy blanket on a shelf (the sort you'd give to your dog) with bleach stains. Right next to main road, big bright queens court sign out the front of the window, lots of traffic noise, no insulation, you could hear all the water rushing through pipes and neighbours talking next door, above and below you. Some guy was ranting in the next room from about 2 in the morning until we left at 6 am telling someone off (or raving at himself) "I'm warning you! Don't do that again". Would not recommend.

Standard room, good enough for the night. Bathroom was filthy, shaved hair all over the shower wall and a strange, thick, clear, jelly like substance on the shower floor, wore thongs after trying to wash it down.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
