We arrived really late, thanks to a delay but they looked after us and made sure we were fed and happy. The whole team are really good and made our holiday one to remember. Overall the facilities are very good for the star rating, the room was very clean, the bed large and so comfortable, and the the balcony gave us probably the best view of the famous Santorini sunsets. The only, slight issue with the room was the smell of the drain in the bathroom, however this was remedied quickly. The food was generally very good, however, we did a half board deal through Tui and we were late in the season so there were a few nights with just us in the restaurant so the food was reheated by the lady on reception, which was a shame because, on the other nights it was excellent. Akrotiri, no not the one in Cyprus, is at the farthest end of the island from Oia, which isn't that far but it's not on a reliable bus route so, if you can't drive or aren't prepared to get a hire car then this isn't the place for you. The nearest beach, at 1.5km away isn't the best on the island so you'd be better off in Perissa or Kamari if that's what you want. However, the pool area is very good and the price of refreshments is reasonable so, if all you want is to lounge and take it easy then it certainly fits the bill.

Great customer service, all hotel staff very welcoming and helpful. The location is great if you are looking for something away from all the busy noise. There is a great sunset view just a five minute walk away. The pool is 2.5meters deep which makes it great for tall guys like myself. Relaxing environment overall. The only downfall is the breakfast variety!

Just returned after 1 week at this wonderful family run hotel. The staff so friendly and helpful. Room's spacious and spotlessly clean Lovely pool area, not huge which was great, peaceful, relaxing and quiet. Fabulous views of the Caldera from the restaurant. Breakfast had a wide choice and everything well prepared and very tasty. A car would be useful or you can hire the quad bikes, I didnt but staff organised taxis wherever I wanted to go. Thank to the staff with recommendations on local restaurants to try, I was never disappointed. As a solo traveller I felt really looked after. Thank you everyone 💓

Excellent boutique hotel. Our receptionist Joanna was attentive and very nice. The hotel is situated on the south east part of the island (Akrotiri), so it is a bit secluded. The main town of Fira is about 25 minutes away and the bus service does not run that often. There is always taxis and transfers that you can hire to love around or rent a car. The room was very nice and confortable with a awesome view of the sunset from our balcony. Breakfast buffet was included every morning and it was delicious with several typical Greek dishes. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return again.

Beautiful resort with an excellent staff. Buffet breakfast was nice with lots of options. Nice view from the balcony, and there is something to see in all directions at this part of the island.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
