We spent a week at this charming hotel and absolutely loved it. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. Beautiful blue pool with a quiet environment. Snow the cat loves a good chat while basking in the sun. We had a truly lovely time in Santorini. Thank you! X

It is very difficult to give your opinion on something you love very much, but this hotel has a special advantage for me because it is a family hotel with distinction and charming in its colors and its location on the sea with its food, service and cleanliness, and it makes you enjoy staying because it is honest and safe in a charming country on this globe. It's hard these days to give your opinion of a hotel that charms you in this way Yes, it is my favorite hotel in Santorini, and all the love and appreciation for this loving, upscale family that works hard to make customers enjoy their opportunity and happiness from the happiness of every guest who has come to this hotel. As for the service, it is very wonderful, it is a five-star service, and the food is very, very, very wonderful. I enjoy when I go to the restaurant facing the sea and drink coffee in the morning and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is one of the charming restaurants that always makes me love to be in this wonderful country. It is one of my favorite restaurants because it has my favorite food, especially fried tomatoes in cheese.

As is mentioned- Caldera View is actually a place by itself. It's the location. The best view is across the street from the Bungalow Resort. The resort is listed as a 3 star and I would agree is a solid 3 - so don't expect more and you won't be disappointed. There is a little view from the pool area if it is important that you see it on the property. Rooms are mostly in pairs, single floor, so noisy neighbors will be minimal unless you get a bad one. The bathroom had to be one of the largest we've experienced on our multi island adventure. Room was decent sized as well with huge ceiling. Breakfast had your fairly normal options - eggs, ham bacon, meat & cheeses, a few fruit options, yogurt, cereals, breads, coffee machine, teas, juice. Staff were all pleasant to us, but we are definitely not needy guests either. On our departure, our transfer wasn't for a few hours after check out and they offered to give us the room back until our time. We declined, but it was a very nice gesture we were not expecting. Location, it's not far from Port, which is nice. If you want to do anything, you need a rental. Walking can be difficult with narrow roads and a lot of traffic. If you find yourself here and don't have an international license, no worries - like all of Greece, you can rent 4 wheelers, motor scooters, etc without and is a very common choice among tourists. I would caution against the 4 wheelers as they are easy to crash if you haven't driven one. In any case, the staff will be happy to arrange for you. We stayed for 3 nights and wouldn't mind staying at the Caldera View Bungalow Resort again.

Great location with super nice employees. Very quiet and nice. We stayed a week here and it was very romantic and a truly enjoyable stay. I recommend going to see the sunset at the restaurant on the other side of the street it is not crowded at all and the view is beautiful ! All in all I really enjoyed staying here and the room was cleaned everyday with a beautiful breakfast in the morning to get your day going.

The rooms look a little tired and old, could do with a refurb. Pool area is lovely and includes a bar. Cocktails start at around €9 to €15. Staff seem friendly enough initially, but got the impression they are sick and tired of tourists and questions. Because of its location, you're better off hiring a car to get around, we relied on taxis and its gets very expensive. It's ok for a quiet get away.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
