Great hotel in perfect location, 10min walk from Sau Bento metro station, short walk from Dom Luis I Bridge. Lovely breakfast each morning. The water and cookie Jar in the room was a nice touch. The receptionist even wished me a happy birthday when I came down for breakfast (she must've made a note of it when we checked in with our passports). I would definitely recommend this hotel and would book this place again if we come back to Porto

What a great find📍 for an overnight stay. Great location, just up the street from the police station. The entire area was extremely safe and inviting. Just a short walk to the river and numerous viewpoints for amazing pictures. We were there on a Saturday to Sunday overnight stay and there was plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. There are plenty of local merchants with tables of souvenirs that line the river. It really made it easy to pick up something to remind us of this beautiful city and hotel. The check-in process was super smooth and the assortment of snacks and wines downstairs was a big + for us. We picked up a bottle of wine at the end of the night from downstairs. It was very affordable and the wine variety was eclectic. Great for a nightcap. 🍷🌙 We would definitely stay here again.

What a charming place to stay right in the heart of Porto! The location could not be better, short walk distance to all great places to visit in Porto. An historical typical Portuguese building where one can stay and enjoy the Portuguese way of living. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the view over Porto is magnificent! The staff is very nice and accommodating I would come back again any time!

This is a true jewel in the heart of Porto. If you are looking for THE perfect place to stay in Porto, this is where you should stay. Historic building with charming rooms and most importantly, great welcoming staff and a fantastic location in Porto. You have everything you need close by. We stayed 3 nights in the Guest House and we did not want to leave anymore. We will be back soon! Thank you everyone at Cale Guest House for making our stay in Porto so special. The location is perfect to visit Porto. The rooms are big, clean and nicely decorated. The included breakfast is quite simple, but delicious!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
