Location is far from center. Take Vinbus to intercontinental hotel and take grab from there. Or if you have motorbike much better. 10mins walk to sunset town. Few shops open nearby and playground as well. Room looks very clean when I arrived. No breakfast in this hotel but they have menu in case you want to order. TV have Netflix, YouTube etc. Service was okay. Receptionist guy was nice. Helped me to print my documents needed for my next trip and even accepted my laundry like 4hrs before my check out. Didn't notice many guests. I realized the rooms were not 💯 soundproof as i left my TV on when i went downstairs to throw my trash, after i closed the door i heard the sound from the TV. But all in all, this hotel is highly recommended if you're visiting sunset town or the cable car.

a great hotel, very quiet, rooms are very new and everything is modern, surprisingly they even have Netflix, it would be more perfect if they had a small restaurant selling food and coffee at the hotel. Great compliments to the receptionist, very friendly, he always smiled when I appeared with wishes for a good day, even said a few greetings and greetings in Russian, I appreciate it. appreciate this sophistication. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends when they come to Phu Quoc, Thank you

The hotel is newly open with top notch services and cleaniness. The staff is very helpful. If you want unique options and hiden places to go, the staff will recommend you the most local place that you can get. You can also rent motobike/per day at the front desk with reasonable price. The room is clean and well maintained. Bed is comfy and clean. The price is unbeatable!! Highly recommended and will come back!!

The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautiful with reasonable prices and the staffs are incredibly helpful. The location provides a peaceful retreat, while still being conveniently close to attractions. Overall, I recommend this hotel for your vacation in Phu Quoc.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
