Looking at other reviews of this place, I couldn't understand why the host, Maria, was mentioned so frequently - but having been, I now know why you couldn't not mention her! Her welcome was next level - including an extensive run down of all the local facilities and deals she'd blagged for her guests. Her advice was very useful, and we ended up following many of her excellent suggestions during our stay. The rooms were lovely and clean, the sofa beds very comfortable, and the air conditioning was some of the best I've ever known. The appartements are conveniently located a walking distance from the lively and high-end new town centre with a large number of affordable restaurants, and a short, frequent bus ride from the famous old town. Thank you so much for making out stay in Dubrovnik a joy!

Great small apartment building in Lapad. Marija is a superb and friendly host. Very welcoming on arrival and gave us detailed information on the surrounding area and attractions so we could make the most of our stay. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and fully air conditioned and had a lovely swimming pool. Only five minutes walk from the pedestrian area in Lapad where all the bars and restaurants are located and 10 minutes on the bus to to the Old Town. Highly recommended - we had a really nice stay.

Amazing place. The host is so accommodating, and helpful. She had lost of good suggestions for sightseeing and how to get the best value out of our stay. The place is very organized, clean and safe. We have loved our stay and will recommend to our friends.

Just reiterating the other comments. Very good location, excellent facilities, excellent host. Highly recommend. Host offered us tips on where to go and explained the good value of some places. AC very good. Pool quite nice. The nearby town of Lapad is great, with great food options. then the old city is a bus or medium length walk away.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
