Wow the past reviews for this place are rough! I got lucky I guess. I don’t expect Motels to be perfect either. I stayed in room 707! I like this room and aside from some bad caulk work I was satisfied for the price. I like the garden. Location is central which I love. Lots of tropical plants and it seems well maintained. Even though it is winter the Hibiscus and Bougainvillea are blooming and lovely. Pool and spa area looks nice and everyone working here seems friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable for me and I have back issues. I think it’s worth it because you’re paying near hostel room prices but you get something better! I’ve done lots of traveling and appreciate places like this that allow me to cook, save money and enjoy more experiences.

The room was bad. Carpet was soggy. We had booked a renovated room but still it was bad. Bed was full sized so a but small for two people. Room is very small and definitely does not look like the pictures. Location of this hotel is good though. Would not recommend even for a night.

The rooms were comfortable. There is a security gate that gave peace of mind, and the complimentary coffee was decent. However, the room numbers are not entirely intuitive, and you may need to ask to find your room. There seems to be a weak spot on the floor in front of room 610. So, be careful there. Otherwise, it was a pretty good experience.

Great hotel 🏨. Location is awesome, next to shopping and grocery and 15-20 min drive to airport, beach, old town, little Italy, zoo, etc basically everywhere you want to go. It's a wonderful central location. Rooms were big, clean and everything worked. There was a kitchen area with stove top, microwave, fridge and sink. There was a table to eat on. Many cabinets but no cooking stuff, so bring your own pots and pans and silverware if you want it. We didn't cook, but warmed up leftovers in the microwave and used the fridge. In the morning you get coffee and tea 🍵 but no bkf. Ample free parking and the rooms are in a gated area so it feels safer as people from the street can't just walk up to your door. There were no homeless camps or anything in this area, seemed like a nice part of town. It's really a great hotel, would definitely stay here again.

Outside is gorgeous and you can’t deny the good price. Rooms are dusty and a little run down though. We had to move a dresser to find an outlet to plug our phones into and when we did the charger fell right out of the socket. Same with every single other outlet in room. Finally had to use a chair to get the charger to stay propped up into the outlet to get any kind of a charge. It also smells a little damp/moldy in here. Overall definitely survivable for a cheaper price but not the cleanest or preferable option.
